We provide digital marketing solutions including Bulk SMS, SEO, Social Media Management, Paid Advertising, Email Marketing and other online promotion services. All services are delivered as per the proposal or contract mutually agreed with the client.

Use of Website & Content

The content on our website is for informational purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit our text, images, or code without prior written consent. Misuse of the website for hacking, spamming, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information and approvals needed for project completion.
• Ensure any materials (logos, images, copy) shared with us are owned or properly licensed.
• Make payments on time as per agreed milestones or invoices.

Payments & Refunds

All fees are specified in proposals or invoices and are payable in full before or according to the agreed schedule. Unless otherwise stated in a signed contract, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final deliverables created for a client become their property. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

We strive for accuracy and performance but do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings or sales conversions. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Third-Party Services

Our work may involve third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook). We are not responsible for issues arising from their policies, downtime, or changes.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice. Client will be responsible for any fees due for work already performed.
